Free .sg Domain for SME
The SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Domain Name Reservation is part of the Infocomm @ SME programme which is a collaboration between IDA, ACRA and SGNIC and its registrar IP Mirror. The official launch date is 28 Dec 2007. Under this scheme, all domain names under the .com.sg or .sg will enjoy a subsidy from IDA for the first domain name registration for new business entities or business entities without a domain name.
On 28 Dec 2009 onwards, the scheme has been revised. The first year would be given free with a 2nd year registration paid for. In other words, you would get two years of registration at the price of one.
Promotional Terms
1. Only New Registrations will be eligible. Transfer-ins and Renewals will not enjoy this special price
2. Only for Singapore ACRA regisrered Small-Medium Enterprices
3. A one year extension renewal at the prevailing rates with Jweeb Solutions is required before any transfer-outs.
4. The promotion will be available from 28 Dec 2007 to December 2010.
5. Free Domain Name is valid for first year only. Renewals are based on prevailing rates.
